Benefits + Competitive salary and benefits package + Continuous education and training + Company Paid Time Off Required Skills + Must adhere to Sheet Metal Workers' Local Union 55 Standard Form of Union Agreement and Collective Bargaining Agreement + Must submit to and successfully pass background checks including drug, credit and criminal history + Ability to work within precise limits and standards of accuracy + Be able to rate information using measurable standards, plan, layout, fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal parts, products and equipment using your knowledge + Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, product specifications to determine sequence and method of fabrication, assembly, and install of sheet metal products. Select gauge and type of sheet metal + Install assemblies in supportive framework according to blueprints, using hand tools, power tools and lifting and handling devices + Physical ability to climb ladders, work, and tour hazardous environments such as mechanical or boiler rooms and walk on high rise rooftops + Must possess current driver's license and maintain satisfactory driving record Location Spokane, WA Pay Scale: $40.70 an hour
