WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM

With a quick assessment of the situation, you dive into diagnosing the problem, all while engaging the client with your expert advice and reassuring demeanor. Before they know it, you've fixed the issue and left them with a smile on their face, knowing they can rely on True Plumbing for top-notch service every time! Each day, you head home with your head held high, knowing your expertise consistently improves the lives of our amazing clients!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a residential journeyman plumber
• Experience in customer-facing positions, prioritizing exceptional service
• Comfort with technology, specifically tablets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceTitan (2+ years preferred, but not required)
• Ability to provide estimates and review them with clients
