Mallard Plumbing & Mechanical is looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing, family-owned team in Horsham, PA. As a Journeyman Plumber, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality plumbing services to our residential clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform a wide range of plumbing tasks, including water heater repair and installation, pipe and drain cleaning, sewer services, and backflow prevention.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutions, ensuring quality service on every job.
Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems with precision and efficiency.
Provide emergency plumbing services, responding to urgent calls and offering quick resolutions.
Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, treating customers' homes and properties with respect.
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and providing transparent pricing estimates.
Collaborate with the Mallard team, assisting with training and mentoring apprentices.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Licensed Journeyman Plumber with a minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water heaters, backflow systems, and sewer lines.
Excellent customer service, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both with customers and team members.
Ability to inspect and provide homeowners with the solutions to their plumbing problems.
Ability to estimate repair costs and review proposals with customers
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and handle emergency plumbing calls.
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Full Time
Monday to Friday
