THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER

THE SCHEDULE:

Our Journeyman Plumbers typically work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with NO mandatory nights or weekends.

YOUR ROLE:

As a Journeyman Plumber, your day begins with reviewing project plans and determining the best approach for sizing, repairing, and installing gas lines. You ensure the proper installation of water lines and DWV systems, ensuring everything meets local codes and safety standards. Throughout the day, you work hands-on, using your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. You also collaborate with your team to keep projects on schedule and provide exceptional service to clients, leaving every job site with systems that run smoothly and efficiently.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years of plumbing experience
• Connecticut journeyman plumber license
• Valid driver's license
• Leadership and communication skills
• 10+ years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber is preferred
