Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Journeyman Logistics and Product Support Analyst to join our dedicated and diverse team committed to mission success. This role offers the opportunity to support the United States Space Force's (USSF) Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Integrated Program Office (IPO)-a vital program that ensures force readiness through the acquisition, development, and sustainment of cutting-edge test and training capabilities.
In this role, you will provide critical expertise in logistics, product support, and life-cycle sustainment, contributing to the effective management of multiple complex programs. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering accurate reports and briefings to senior leadership, conducting audits, and analyzing system interfaces to identify and address gaps, risks, and inefficiencies. With a focus on aligning logistics and sustainment strategies with program goals, you will play a key role in enhancing operational readiness and driving mission success.

Skills / Experience Required
- 5+ years of proven, practical, and relevant DoD work experience
- Extensive experience in logistics and acquisition, including government property management, documentation, and reporting
- Proven track record as a logistician or program manager with expertise in supply chain management, operations analysis, logistics, maintenance, and financial management
- Technical proficiency in acquisition, asset tracking, and property management, including conducting audits, managing databases, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
- In-depth knowledge of integrated logistics support (ILS) principles and practices, with the ability to manage complex logistics programs effectively
- Skilled in providing technical input, analyzing alternatives, and recommending logistics strategies for acquisition and sustainment efforts
- Expertise in formulating and implementing systematic supply chain strategies and property management systems while resolving conflicting systems and processes
- Experience in developing, updating, and executing comprehensive Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) to support program objectives
- Proficient in predictive analysis and modeling to assess material availability, operational reliability, and sustainment costs
- Skilled in performing cost analyses to validate logistics strategies, including cost-benefit analyses aligned with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-94 guidelines
- Ability to evaluate and refine product support arrangements to ensure consistency with overarching strategies and efficient inventory management
- Comprehensive understanding of the DoD Acquisition process and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Advise and assist in logistics, product support, and life-cycle sustainment to optimize program operations
- Develop and integrate complex reports to support audit efforts and ensure compliance with program requirements
- Proactively identify and address gaps, risks, and issues across multiple programs, providing actionable recommendations
- Create and deliver briefings and reports that accurately summarize program performance and highlight key issues for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Assess the impacts of interfacing systems and complex inputs/outputs on logistics, product support, and life-cycle sustainment
- Recommend tailored solutions to improve system performance and address sustainment challenges
- Full-time, on-site presence required, with potential travel up to 25% to support program needs
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree (required) in a related field
