• Safety and Compliance

• Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in HVAC installation, service, and maintenance (residential focus).
  • Experience with light commercial HVAC systems is a plus.
• Skills
  • Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and equipment manuals.
  • Strong communication and sales skills to explain options and close upgrade opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Trane systems is highly preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications
  • Journeyman's License in the state of KY (Required).
  • EPA Certification (Required).
  • HVAC/R Certification or equivalent (Preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
