• Lead electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with estimators to verify materials and project readiness.
• Supervise apprentices, providing hands-on training and mentorship while maintaining project focus.
• Monitor jobsite safety, proactively addressing risks such as fall hazards and heat injuries.
• Read and adhere to project estimates, plans, and NEC standards to ensure compliance.
• Communicate schedule updates and material needs to the office promptly.
• Manage on-site invoicing, payment collection, and customer reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, including scope changes and material lists for each phase.
• Inspect and approve work completed by apprentices to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and respect across all interactions.

• Licensing: Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, with residential, commercial experience preferred.
• Experience: Proven ability to lead electrical projects and teams and

• Skills: Proficient in reading estimates, NEC compliance, and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership: Ability to train apprentices, set standards, and uphold company policies.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing, or working in varied environments.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
