- Lead electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with estimators to verify materials and project readiness.
- Supervise apprentices, providing hands-on training and mentorship while maintaining project focus.
- Monitor jobsite safety, proactively addressing risks such as fall hazards and heat injuries.
- Read and adhere to project estimates, plans, and NEC standards to ensure compliance.
- Communicate schedule updates and material needs to the office promptly.
- Manage on-site invoicing, payment collection, and customer reviews.
- Maintain project documentation, including scope changes and material lists for each phase.
- Inspect and approve work completed by apprentices to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and respect across all interactions.
- Licensing: Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, with residential, commercial experience preferred.
- Experience: Proven ability to lead electrical projects and teams and
- Experience with project management
- Skills: Proficient in reading estimates, NEC compliance, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership: Ability to train apprentices, set standards, and uphold company policies.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing, or working in varied environments.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
