*Client Guarantees 40 hours of work on a weekly basis
*Client will reimburse all travel when the worksite is over 1 hour of travel
*Must be able to commute daily to worksites within Minneapolis area
*We will accept third-party candidates, independent contractors and we are able to sponsor work visas through contracts with ConsultNet.

We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality electrical solutions for residential and commercial properties, as well as collaborating with local contractors. Your expertise in installations, repairs, and maintenance will help ensure that all electrical work meets industry standards and client expectations. Responsibilities:

• Electrical Installations: Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs in residential and commercial settings, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, performing necessary repairs to restore functionality and safety.
• Collaboration: Work closely with contractors and team members to coordinate project timelines, scope, and ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Customer Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients, recommending electrical solutions that meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and clients.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered for future reference and billing.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent future issues.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Emergency Response: Be available for emergency repairs and troubleshooting as needed.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician with strong residential and commercial electrical background.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license; a Master Electrician license is a plus.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical plans. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Tools: Must own a set of tools; familiarity with advanced electrical testing equipment is preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to clients and team members.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of working in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor conditions.
• Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
