We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join the D.H Smith and Sons Team as our Parts and Service Manager in our growing Power Equipment and Landscape Supply Dealership. This is a full time position with a schedule of Monday - Saturday.

Pay Range starting at $80K per year for the right candidate

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a customer focused approach with a consistent desire to help the customer find the product they desire.
• Be able to exhibit a professional presence at all times.
• Have excellent communication skills, verbal, written and phone skills.

• Have excellent customer service skills.

• Have experience with power equipment, landscape products, truck repair parts.
• Have experience with parts inventory, purchasing and receiving.
• Be able to cultivate and manage strong customer relationships.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
