Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Civil/Site Project Managers to join a growing engineering team in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and land development. The ideal candidate will manage projects through all phases and provide leadership to junior team members while bringing a strong understanding of Florida-specific regulations and permitting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design site layouts, grading, stormwater systems, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and erosion control measures.
- Manage zoning and land development permitting processes.
- Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic design and analysis.
- Perform field inspections and ensure project compliance with environmental regulations.
- Lead and mentor junior staff in technical and professional development.
- Draft site plans and prepare detailed project reports.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months of hire.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in site and grading design, zoning, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Florida zoning, permitting, and land development regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or technical writing is a plus.
Additional Details:
- Work Hours: Flexible 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday.
- Remote Work Policy: Two remote workdays per month with flexibility based on candidate needs.

Location: Tampa, FL
Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
