Responsibilities:

Enthusiasm and Motivation:

Inspire and encourage participants.

Job Coaching:

Teach, motivate, and praise participants to help them thrive.

Adaptability:

Be flexible and adapt to sudden changes.

Transportation:

Provide transportation to and from participants' homes, internships, work, or activity locations.

Advocacy and Support:

Advocate for participants and provide necessary support.

Life Skills Teaching:

Assist in teaching independent life skills.

Workplace and Community Integration:

Support individuals at their places of employment and/or activities, teaching appropriate social behavior.

Daily Recap:

Provide a thorough recap of participants' progress using a cellphone.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Driver's License:

Valid California Driver's license and liability insurance.

Background Check:

Pass a background check.

Vehicle Inspection:

Pass vehicle inspection every six months.

Technology Skills:

Proficiency with cell phones, computers, and texting.

CPR/First Aid Certification:

Certification required.

Professionalism:

Adherence to company dress code and grooming standards.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Desire to Make a Difference:

Motivation to learn new skills and help others.
