Job Captain (Must have Residential Experience) - Gpac

An innovative Architecture and Design Firm is seeking a skilled Architectural Job Captain to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead projects, mentor staff, and contribute to the firm's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project deliverables across all phases.
• Support Project Managers with project coordination.
• Lead a production team to deliver high-quality construction documents on time and within budget.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients and consultants.
• Design, sketch, and prepare drawings for proposed projects.
• Foster strong relationships with ownership, clients, production staff, consultants, and contractors.
• Must have Multi-family residential experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. in Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and residential construction administration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of construction documentation, consultant coordination, and project management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
