As the Job Captain, you'll be at the forefront of transforming designs into reality, with a focus on technical implementation and project coordination. What You'll Do
- Lead small projects with confidence, managing budgets, staffing, schedules, and overall project coordination.
- Dive deep into TETER's project management procedures, standards, and best practices, ensuring excellence every step of the way.
- Take charge of organizing and generating sets of working drawings, guiding projects through the SD, DD, and CD phases.
- Collaborate closely with government agencies, obtaining plan check approvals and ensuring compliance.
- Be the master of communication, managing everything from meeting minutes to professional correspondence with precision.
- Embrace effective time management, estimating hours for tasks and delivering within agreed-upon budget hours.
- Champion decision-making, supporting and explaining your reasoning while making timely and sound judgments.
REVIT Wizards Wanted
- Showcase your expertise in REVIT, executing project designs flawlessly and resolving any related issues.
- Lead the way in REVIT competency, mastering advanced commands and drawing setups for any project type.
- Help train and mentor the next generation of REVIT users.
Requirements to Thrive
- 3-7 years of experience in architectural practice or a design consultant environment.
- Architectural degree (BA or BS) from an accredited university. A Master's degree is acceptable but not required.
- Proficient in REVIT and other architectural design software.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents.
- Knowledge of building design from SD through CD phases, including architectural terminology and materials.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and present oneself professionally.
- Ability to keep the team and supervisor informed about project status and needs.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to delegate assignments and develop drawings from verbal instructions.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected pay range for this role is $35-48 per hour (approx.. $72,800-99,840 per year; must be willing to work in-office 50% of each week). Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
