JOB TITLE (#2782): Registered Nurse - Woodstown, NJ

Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a skilled nursing facility located in Woodstown, New Jersey

Requirements of the Registered Nurse:

• Must have an active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Must have BLS Certification
• Must have a New Jersey Driver’s License, and an automobile in good working condition with appropriate insurance coverage in accordance with New Jersey laws.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a health care setting, preferably home health, hospital, or long-term care
• Must have the ability to join on-call rotations

Schedule of the Registered Nurse:

• This is a Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:

• Adhere to the Best Practices established by the Board of Nursing and CAHC Accreditation Standards
• Open communication with other Team Members, Clients, and Family
• Provide input regarding placing care partners appropriately with clients
• Supervision of CHHA team members for on-campus/off-campus clients
• Make monthly follow-up calls/visits to ensure adherence to the Care Plan
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by CHHAs with timely completion of 60-day skills assessments during an on-site visit
