Responsibilities
· Acts as the highest-level Jira technical expert on the development and implementation of Jira Service Desk
· Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective Jira Service Desk implementation.
· Oversees system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards.
· Provides Jira Service Desk direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· 3+ years of experience working with JIRA, including extensive Jira Service desk administration and customization using scripts and plugins.
· 3+ years of hands-on Jira Service desk design, testing, configuration, installation, implementation and documentation experience; including experience setting data structures
· Significant experience developing and customizing workflows within Jira Service Desk.
· Hands on experience installing, configuring, performance tuning, and maintaining Enterprise Jira instances.
· 3 plus years of Trouble Ticket management preferably in the telecom sector
