JICO Instructor
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking JICO Instructors to join our team primarily supporting a United States Department of Defense customer at Pope Army Airfield, NC. Our JICO Instructors will advance Multi-TADL Network/Joint Data Network interoperability synch through JS, CCMD, Service, and Agency engagement; and provide subject matter expertise to CCMDs for Multi-Tactical Network Operations.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Required Qualifications
- Current SECRET security clearance
- Graduate of JT-301
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field of study; If no bachelor’s degree an additional 3 years of datalink experience is required
- 10 years datalink experience
- JICO/RICO/SICO/JICC billets filled <6 months will equate to 2 years of datalink experience
- JICO/RICO/SICO/JICC billets filled during a flag-level exercise will equate to 1 year of datalink experience
- Military Instructor experience
- JICO Instructors shall have any combination of the following: a. Variable Message Format over Combat Net Radio (VMF over CNR), b. Digitally Aided Close Air Support (DACAS), c. Simulations or live virtual construct (LVC) development and execution, d. Expertise in operating, integration, configuring, and modifying various C2/TDL systems such as BC3, MSCT, TDF, CAC2S, ADSI, TRAX, JRE, MOJO, FAADC2, etc., e. Planning, building, and requesting new networks with the service Network Design Facility
