Jefferson County Financial Empowerment Manager - Community Action Coalition For South Central WI, Inc.

Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin works to develop the economic and social capacities of individuals, families and communities in Dane, Jefferson, and Waukesha Counties. The Financial Empowerment Manager will serve as frontline supervisor for social workers/case workers at CAC and will provide leadership on grant reports, training, communications and external relations. Their main duties include hiring, onboarding and coaching of staff; supervising a team of 2 staff members; managing a process to review, address, and respond to formal and information feedback, including complaints; assessing community needs and lead implementation of CAC program and services related to the Financial Empowerment Center.
