Job Title: JD Edwards Developer Reports to: IT Director FLSA Status: Exempt

Job Summary:
The JDE technical resource will work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with two senior JDE developers. This role focuses on development, troubleshooting, and implementation of system improvements to meet business needs. In partnership with JDE Business Analysts and subject matter experts, this position will provide comprehensive support for Premium Waters’ enterprise systems.
Qualifications:
2+ Years ERP System Development:
- Develop, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications based on business requirements.
- Customize modules by designing and building features, reports, and applications to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst and business users to design solutions that improve business processes within JD Edwards.
- Participate in projects, including system enhancements, new module rollouts, and integration efforts.
- Proficiency in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development tools (FDA, RDA, TDA, etc).
- Strong understanding of JDE E1 architecture.
5+ Years Systems Development and Support:
- Systems support and troubleshooting.
- Data management and integrations
- Reporting and data analysis
- Documentation and Training
Strong analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical information, both written and verbal, to a wide audience.
Positive attitude with ability to multi-task while working independently and providing team support.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the food industry or other manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of integration between JD Edwards and other operational systems.
Experience with Configurable Network Computing. (CNC).
Familiarity with security and role-based access management.
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for reporting.

Will perform other related work as assigned.
In the absence of this employee, the direct manager or appointee will cover responsibilities.
Work Environment:
The standard schedule expectation would be a hybrid remote arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days work-from-home per work week. Remote working terms are potentially negotiable based on a case-by-case basis.

GMP & PPE Required:
If ever on production floor in the plant, you will be required to follow and help to enforce all GMP regulations in the plant. Anyone entering the production floor must follow the GMP rules in their employee handbook, which includes the required hairnets, beard nets, and earplugs. It is also required that all personnel wear safety glasses. Follows standard operating procedures including quality checks and procedures for all operations. Also follows HACCP and SQF requirements for food quality and safety.
