About the Job
: Java skilled Technical resource for Onsite developer lead role, having experience in Java, Angular, Springboot, SQL. 6+ years experience in Java-J2EE Development Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Angular, SQL and Springboot. Good Knowledge in Oracle. Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and theJ2EE framework and data architectures. Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems. Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during project delivery, including daily connect calls
Play an SME role in requirement gathering and L3 requests.
Responsible for end to end services for the application cluster / portfolio being managed.
Plan, track, approve and maintain service effort on management information systems.
Understand and translate client and business needs into systems scope and objectives utilizing structured analysis and design techniques
Should have worked using a ticketing system and hands-on with the workflow from initiation and closure of a support ticket.
Should be hands-on on with application life cycle management, code promotion and release management
Team Size 8
Exposure and work experience with other web/desktop platforms and automation frameworks would be an added advantage.
Ability to assist with writing stories / defects and helping to prioritize
Should have team and people management and skills besides excellent analytical and technical skills.
ITSM tool experience in Snow and Jira/Rally will be an added advantage
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Must have production support experience in L2/L3 areas includes Incident management, SR management and Problem management
Required Skills: Java, Core Java, J2EE, Oracle, SQL, Angular, Spring Boot, Microservices
Nice to have skills: Angular JS
Roles & Responsibilities:
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Customer and Vendor liaison) to progress tickets to resolution
Ensure adherence to defined processes (like creating problem records, performing timely RCAs, creating knowledge articles, maintaining application documentation etc.)
Adhere to the expected service levels complying with service metrics such as Response and Resolution times.
Work on minor to medium enhancement tickets on Dotnet web applications.
Act as the Client Delivery team point of contact for the portfolio.

Should have worked in a support environment with exposure to handling problem and incident tickets.
Should be conversant on multiple application architecture
