Job Description

MUST HAVE

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL Server.

• Implement microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Develop front-end components using Angular to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.

• Guide and mentor, a team of developers, providing technical direction and support.

• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications through sound architectural decisions.

• Maintain documentation of code, processes, and procedures.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the tech stack and development processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.

• Experience with modern front-end build tools and development workflows.

• Understanding of security best practices in both frontend and backend development.

• Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs.

• Fluency in Spanish and ability collaborate with our nearshore development team. (Optional)
