Job summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Developer with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Springboot Microservices, Java, Database and SQL, and Python.
The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing projects, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities :
Lead the development and implementation of projects using Springboot Microservices, Java, Database and SQL, and Python.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of applications and databases.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure project success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for solutions
Ensure the integration of systems with other enterprise applications.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and make necessary improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in development.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in solutions

Qualifications
Extensive experience in Springboot Microservices, Java, Database and SQL, and Python.
Strong understanding of concepts and technologies.
Proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in mentoring and training team members
