Project Description
The candidate will be part of the Platform Resiliency initiative, which is aimed at improving the stability of several key systems through a combination of tactical improvements, system consolidation and strategic re-architecture for future scale and extensibility. Within this large initiative, the Java Architect/Developer will serve on the Enterprise Event Processor (EEP) team under the Constructicons vertical and will be responsible for designing, developing, and unit testing enhancements to that strategic enterprise-wide messaging platform.

Required Skills/Experience

Java / Java EE –(8+ yrs) level experience; will look at a Sr Developer if they have demonstrated exp with design
JMS and MDB
SOAP (JAX-WS) web services
Spring
Hibernate / JPA
Relational database development (Oracle or MySQL or SQL Server, etc.)
Maven
Subversion
WebLogic or Apache Tomcat

Preferred Technical Skills

Agile / Scrum methodology
Jenkins
AppDynamics
Spring JMS

Major Plus Technical Skills

NoSQL (MongoDB or Cassandra or CouchBase or Hadoop)
