Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor - Night

Job Description Summary: Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and supervising the activities of the building/facility cleaning staff, ensuring cleanliness in offices, hallways, stairs, and other areas.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train cleaning staff.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules.
• Inspect work areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Address staff and client concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work night shifts.
