Janitorial Facilities Associate (Commercial Building) (Grounds/Campus) - Building Bridges Across the River

Building Bridges Across the River is a nonprofit organization in Washington, DC, with a mission to provide equitable access to health, arts, and economic opportunity through five signature initiatives. These initiatives include THEARC, Building Bridges Farms, THEARC Theater, Skyland Workforce Center, and the 11th Street Bridge Park. The organization works to bridge communities and create intentional pathways to equity, particularly in partnership with communities east of the Anacostia River.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Janitorial Facilities Associate at Building Bridges Across the River in Washington, DC. The responsibilities include performing janitorial services, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining housekeeping duties on the grounds/campus of the organization.

• Janitorial Services, Housekeeping, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in janitorial, custodian and housekeeping tasks
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Relevant experience in Facilities management or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in janitorial or facilities management is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
