Supreme Building Maintenance is a privately-owned business specializing in custodial services in the Akron/Fairlawn community. We are looking to grow our team and are currently seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for the several local businesses we serve.
The length of shifts may vary, but typically range from 5 to 9 PM, Monday through Friday.
As a janitorial cleaner, your primary responsibility will be performing general cleaning tasks and maintenance duties in the common areas of office buildings including office spaces, kitchens, and restrooms.
Additional duties include:
- Dusting, mopping, and vacuuming shared spaces,
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing trash,
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms,
- Washing interior windows,
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Minimum qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
