Position Title: Janitorial Building Maintenance

Team: Maintenance
Shifts Needed: Day
Nights | Monday- Friday 6a -4:45p + Saturday 6a-12p
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Character of Position
As a Janitorial Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for all activities related to shop and or office cleaning and maintenance, cleaning restrooms, and any required outside grounds keeping.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all of the daily, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual activities are completed as scheduled
- Notify general facility maintenance issues (doors, bathrooms, etc.) to the Maintenance Supervisor as they arise
- Assist with the movement of materials or equipment within or between facilities
- Achieve quality and production goals
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
