Work Hours:
- Monday – Thursday 4pm – 12 am
- Every other Sunday 9am – 5pm
Position Overview:
- Receive Oral or Written Orders from Facility Manager: Follow instructions from the Facility Manager for daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Cleaning Duties: Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, stairways, and windows; wash windows, doors, and sills; buff and wax floors; empty wastebaskets.
- Minor Repairs: Make minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.
- Tool Usage: Use hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs.
- Painting: Perform touch-up and finish painting as needed.
- Furniture and Equipment Assembly: Assemble furniture or equipment as needed.
- Snow Removal: Clear snow from entrances and walkways to ensure safe access.
- Supply Management: Pick up and deliver supplies and materials to various rooms within the facility.
- Building Security: Open and close the building according to established security procedures.
- Reporting: Report work accomplished orally or on written work orders to the supervisor.
- Building Coverage: Participate in building coverage by working evenings and Sunday rotation as required.
- Transportation Assistance: Assist when needed in driving the company shuttle bus to transport employees to the company's parking lot.
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow
- Stay organized while maintaining a clean work environment
- Keep up with high volume work orders in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred but not required
- Facilities experience
Pay and Benefits:
- $16 per hour, commensurate with experience
