Job Title: Janitor

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning of public areas daily.
• Assist in housekeeping duties during annual deep cleaning and apartment turnover.
• Follow rotation schedule for cleaning public spaces and other assigned areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
