Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of 2 of our facilities in the Camden area.

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Maintain and clean restrooms and common areas
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Conduct custodial duties to ensure a tidy environment
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Handle residential painting tasks when required
- Execute commercial and industrial cleaning duties
- Act as a porter to keep entrances and exits clean and sanitized

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Replenish supplies in restrooms and break rooms as needed.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.

- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

-Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or maintenance roles
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing
- Experience in residential painting is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

• Outdoor work

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• janitorial: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

Ability to Commute:

• Camden, NJ 08102 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Camden, NJ 08102: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
