About the Job
Job responsibilities:
- Support Financial Advisor and new client on-boarding processes
- Monitoring money transfer queue and performing outbound client calls for verification/confirmation
- Manage daily email and phone inquiries accurately, within established deadlines and in accordance with firm and business policies and procedures, as well as applicable FINRA and other federal regulations
- Provide high quality, high touch service to J.P. Morgan Advisor Financial Advisors and Client Associates
- Research, follow-up and resolve inquiries and issues through effective interaction with advisors, client associates, product partners, branch/operations teams and other staff in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with issue resolution for any complications/problems that may arise
- Participate in and take ownership for projects
- Be able to work independently, but keep manager informed of progress and any issues
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of Operations experience
- Experience working with various product groups
- Understanding of Brokerage Business
- Experience interfacing with Trading desks, operational teams and Financial Advisors
- Experience with trading operations and/or systems
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Must have a control-oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Must have strong excel skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Series 7 licenses preferred
- Alteryx certified preferred
