Are you an experienced IVF Registered Nurse with a background in Fertility/OBGYN? Do you have a passion for providing top-notch patient care and a desire to make a significant impact in the world of fertility treatments? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated IVF Registered Nurse to join our team in the finance industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique blend of clinical and financial responsibilities. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our mission of helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the IVF cycle, including patient education, medication administration, and cycle coordination.
2. Offer emotional support and counseling to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
3. Collaborate with fertility specialists to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
4. Maintain detailed patient records and ensure all financial aspects of treatment are clearly communicated and understood.
5. Manage billing and financial counseling for patients, including explaining insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and success rates.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in fertility treatments and financial options.
8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to IVF and fertility treatments.
Qualifications:
1. Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in OBGYN nursing, with specific experience in IVF or fertility treatments.
3. Comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of healthcare, including insurance coverage, billing, and payment options.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and support to patients undergoing emotionally and physically challenging treatments.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing patient records and financial documentation.
6. Proven ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare and financial professionals.
7. Commitment to staying current with advancements in fertility treatments and financial options for patients.
8. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
