We are seeking a dedicated and passionate IVF Coordinator (MA-LVN-RN) to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to play an integral role in our fertility clinic. Our ideal candidate is a certified Medical Assistant, LVN, or Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in the field of reproductive medicine.
Responsibilities:
As an IVF Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients undergoing fertility treatments. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating and managing the care of patients undergoing IVF, IUI, and other fertility treatments.
2. Providing education to patients about fertility treatments, procedures, and medications.
3. Assisting with the development and implementation of treatment plans.
4. Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups.
5. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
6. Monitoring patient progress and responding to any medical or emotional needs.
7. Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
8. Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members about patient status and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Certification as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a fertility clinic or reproductive medicine setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with and provide support to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
6. Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medications related to fertility treatments.
7. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and other healthcare IT systems.
8. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
9. A compassionate and caring demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
