We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent IVF Coordinator to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role is integral to our mission of helping families grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) process, from initial consultation through to post-procedure follow-up. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, where you will play a critical role in a patient's fertility journey.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of the IVF process, including patient education, medication management, scheduling of procedures, and ongoing communication with patients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing compassionate and comprehensive support throughout the IVF process.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of fertility specialists, nurses, embryologists, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standard of care.
Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Facilitate regular patient meetings to discuss treatment options, financial considerations, and emotional support.
Liaise with insurance companies and financial counselors to assist patients with cost management and insurance claims.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in fertility treatment and IVF technology, participating in relevant professional development opportunities.
Implement and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with specific experience in fertility or a related field.
A deep understanding of the IVF process and the emotional, physical, and financial considerations involved.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a commitment to providing the highest standard of support.
Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is advantageous.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
