About this opportunity
The Services Business Manager, iTero Americas is responsible for the Services Business growth in the region. As the Services Business leader in region, you will focus on customer retention, renewal activities, expanded selling to the iTero Install Base, and presenting new services business models and offerings in the region.
You will work cooperatively with global services group, region managers and country sales and operations teams, in a coherent and consistent fashion in order to achieve business results and local goals in terms of productivity and profitable delivery of services to the installed base. This individual will report directly to the Director, Business Services.
In this role, you will…
Responsible for the P&L of the service business in the region for iTero
Drives growth of the service business level and profitability in the region.
Develops and implements strategies with the local leaders around growing our recurring service business including monthly oversight on sleeves, scanner adoption (utilization), retention, renewal and expansion activities.
Creation and implementation of business cases for new services introductions including pricing, new business models, and contract management.
Strategy and management of services programs such as iTero Go Digital Trials, Smile Trials, and Try & Buy programs.
Partners with Global Services, drives our critical connected services initiatives within the region – educates region leaders and partners, supports sales efforts around services offering, value and opportunities, and monitors performance
Guides customer services methodology implementation in the region (service contracts scope, value and local guidelines, pricing, new offering and business models etc).
Collaborates directly with marketing team to improve marketing of the iTero Services business.
Provides expertise and feedback on product serviceability and customer requests to ensure service and support business needs and requests are addressed in all functions.
Identifies the impact of new product features on services knowledge, workflow processes, pricing and offering.
Develops and implements solutions and analyzes potential risks for the services business.
In this role, you’ll need …
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience
6+ years’ experience with responsibilities/exposure to commercial, operational, legal and financials subjects
Experience working with and supporting global teams highly preferred
A high level of understanding of Services business offerings and relevant experience
Working closely with the region management and country stakeholders (sales, operation, marketing and training) and the services global function.
An experienced, motivational leader
Visiting specific customers and understand better the customer service business
Business orientation- Exhibits drive and focuses on results and execution.
Leadership and strong Matrix managerial skills and Process orientated
Health and Dental industry experience is a plus
Track record of effectively influencing without authority across internal teams
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels and cross functionally within an organization
Ability to communicate effectively with people in all areas of a company is vital. The incumbent should be able to work within a multi-cultural team and have superior interpersonal skills, able to multitask, as well as set priorities and meet deadlines.
