Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for an IT Trainer / Instructor in Long Island City, NY.

Description:
Facilitate training curriculum for IWM/Maximo users. Training background, ability to assimilate information quickly, detail oriented and maintain a high level with integrity with the users.

Duties:
• Train users with training curriculum
• Update and develop training materials, tutorials and quick referenced guides
• Provide application support to users, troubleshooting and documenting resolutions
• Assist with special projects within Learning and Development
