We are currently seeking an IT Technical Support Engineer for our client in the Healthcare & Social Assistance domain. Role: IT Technical Support Engineer
Primary Skills: Help Desk
Role Description: The IT Technical Support Engineer must have at least 2 years Help Desk experience and proven experience documenting ticket detail to support development of knowledge-based articles for Tier 1.
Certifications/Licenses: ITIL, Microsoft, MAC, Citrix, UniPrint, (Desired).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
Travel: No
Local Preferred: Yes
Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
