This job will have the following responsibilities:
Overview: The IT Talent Development Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing existing talent development programs within the IT department. This role ensures these programs align with the company’s strategic objectives, boost employee engagement, and enhance performance. Key responsibilities include developing, engaging, and retaining IT talent, which is crucial for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Program Implementation: Manage the implementation of current talent development programs, ensuring effective delivery and achievement of objectives.
- Program Optimization: Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure talent development initiatives align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Measurement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of talent development programs.
- Collaboration: Partner with other departments to ensure effective program delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Experience Required:
- 8+ years of IT Program Management experience
- Preferred background in Banking/Financial sectors
- 5+ years in Workforce Planning & Optimization, including:
- Assessing the current talent pool to ensure alignment with business goals
- Identifying technical and resource gaps within the workforce
- Ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time
- 5+ years in Talent Development & Skills Assessment, including:
- Evaluating employee skills and competencies to address development needs
- Identifying areas for upskilling or reskilling to meet future demands
- 5+ years in Employee Engagement & Satisfaction, including:
- Monitoring and enhancing employee engagement and job satisfaction
- Developing initiatives that promote employee well-being and retention
- Facilitating feedback mechanisms, such as surveys or one-on-one meetings, to improve morale
- 5+ years in Performance Management & Resource Allocation, including:
- Ensuring resources are effectively allocated to maximize productivity
- Collaborating with HR to align talent strategies with overall business priorities
- Supporting leadership with performance reviews and succession planning
- 5+ years in Change Management & Cultural Alignment, including:
- Supporting change initiatives to maintain cultural alignment through transitions
- Driving employee adoption of new tools, processes, or technologies
