We are seeking a versatile IT Systems Administrator with strong expertise in SolarWinds administration. This role involves taking ownership of a new SolarWinds installation, building dashboards, setting up reports, and ensuring effective system monitoring. While SolarWinds knowledge is the top priority, familiarity with VMware is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Administration
• Windows Server installation, configuration, and management (2016–2022)
• User access management and account administration
• File share and permissions management
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of various software packages
• Virtual Machine and Network Monitoring
• Virtual machine (VMware) management
• Monitoring and alerting for servers and network devices
• Capacity planning and scalability for infrastructure needs
• Documentation and Support
• Create and update system documentation
• Actively work support tickets and resolve user issues

Required and Preferred Technologies

• SolarWinds administration, including dashboard creation and reporting
• DFS, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy
• VMware (versions 6.5 to 8.0)
• Knowledge of Exchange Online and NetApp storage (preferred)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong SolarWinds experience, with willingness to take on varied tasks outside SolarWinds work as needed
• Open to training opportunities to develop broader IT systems administration skills
