IT System Engineer - Unity Search Group

Our client, a leading investment firm based in Dallas, Texas, is searching for an IT Systems Engineer to serve as the right hand to the Head of IT. This role offers plenty of growth opportunities, with a path to either managing people and processes or transitioning into an enterprise architect role—the choice is yours.

As a utility player for the team, you’ll take charge of O365 and network administration, provide “white glove” service desk support to internal clients, and maintain data security while strengthening the infrastructure of cybersecurity.
Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a system administrator or engineer
• Prior experience in the financial services sector as a system engineer, preferably with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
