We are looking for a IT System Administrator who must have:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is required
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• At 2-5 years experience working with Azure Administration and O365
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile. 

The qualified candidate will be able to perform the following task:

• Assist in managing and maintaining BAYS IT infrastructure, with a focus on Office 365, Azure, and workflow automation using Power Automate.  
• Assisting Help Desk Specialists in resolving complex issues, and maintaining efficient system operations.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing for Azure-hosted services.
• Troubleshoot Power Automate workflows to resolve issues quickly and ensure continuity.
• Educate and support the Help Desk team in handling cybersecurity incidents and best practices.
• Assist in IT project implementations, such as system migrations and infrastructure upgrades.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
