We are currently hiring a Full-Time IT Support Technician to join our Information Technology Department!
Position Details:
Status: Non-Exempt
Salary: $40.21 - $48.88/hour + Comprehensive Benefits
Supervised By: IT Systems Administrator/SCADA Supervisor
What You’ll Do:
Operate, maintain, and support computer systems, telecommunications systems, and software applications.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field (recommended).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Certifications and post-secondary coursework in IT or related fields (preferred).
Knowledge of:
Operating systems (Windows, Linux/UNIX, macOS, iOS, Android).
Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange Server/Microsoft 365.
Networking (VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Basic database administration.
Microwave radio and telecommunications systems (preferred).
