IT Support Technician - Fulfil Solutions

Fulfil is a well-funded, rapidly growing, and inclusive company that has developed a custom automation robotics system to pick and pack online orders of groceries and other consumables, bringing delight and a value proposition to consumers that doesn't exist today. Your Responsibilities

• Work as a team to solve IT-related support requests
• Manage employee lifecycle end-to-end including provisioning of new hires, IT orientation, offboarding of employees, and asset inventory management
• Engage and contribute to daily standup meetings
• Keep an up-to-date record of active tasks and provide weekly reports to IT head
• Help users with walk-up IT support requests
• Work with network, software, IT, and DevOps engineers to keep our systems operational
• Streamline IT processes and document processes.

What We're Looking For

• You aren't expected to know everything, but to be successful you need to foster a mentality of not being afraid to learn what you don't know.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to self-educate by finding and reading technical documentation
• 2-4 years of experience working independently in an IT support desk
• Comprehensive experience with managing Azure AD, Office 365, and Intune
• Ability to repair laptops, AV equipment, and servers
• Desire to expand skillset beyond the scope of job description
• Ability to follow documented processes and self-report deviations

• This is a non-exempt position with a hourly wage range of $25-32
