We are currently hiring a Full-Time IT Support Technician to join our Information Technology Department!

Position Details:

• Status: Non-Exempt


• Salary: $40.21 - $48.88/hour + Comprehensive Benefits 


• Supervised By: IT Systems Administrator/SCADA Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Operate, maintain, and support computer systems, telecommunications systems, and software applications.


• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field (recommended).


• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Certifications and post-secondary coursework in IT or related fields (preferred).


• Knowledge of:




• Operating systems (Windows, Linux/UNIX, macOS, iOS, Android).


• Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange Server/Microsoft 365.


• Networking (VLANs, DNS, DHCP).


• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).


• Basic database administration.


• Microwave radio and telecommunications systems (preferred).
