IT Support Technician - Prosum

IT Support Technician
Salary Range: $70k to $78k

We are seeking to fill a position as an experienced IT Support Technician. This role is fast-paced and requires extreme concentration, dedication, and customer service talent.

• Some on-call required
• 70% help desk support; ~30% data wrangling
• Solve and close tickets for clients
• Educate clients
• Skills required: Windows (both workstation and server) - Mac, Office 365 administration, VLAN, and Server management 
• Plus/Nice to have: Google Workspace administration, Jam, Intune ,Quantum StorNext (or other similar SAN),CCNA, MCSE, Meraki, and Veeam 
• Perform and manage projects for clients
• Track labor and expenses in PSA
• Grow documentation
• Choose and recommend products
• Perform minor physical moves and mounting
• 7+ years of IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills to interface and communicate effectively with team members, clients, vendors, and potential clients.
• Have excellent written, verbal, and telephone skills.
• Have crisis management skills
• Intensely proficient with both admin and user side of Microsoft 365 and Google Workplace
