Advanced MSP IT Support Specialist

Location: York, Pennsylvania

Description: Our client in York, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated IT Support Specialist to assist with client support for their Central PA business. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to work well with others and collaborate effectively. This person should be capable of addressing most customer IT support needs independently.

Skills: The successful candidate should have experience with routers and switches, firewalls, data backup, network connectivity, and network support. They should be proficient in unified communications, IP cameras, ticketing systems, IP protocols, wireless telecommunications, and virtualization. Additionally, skills in remote support, desktop troubleshooting, server support, network topography, certification and accreditation, project management, and firewalls and layering are essential.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Systematic and logical troubleshooting ability
• Basic knowledge of IT/Networking technology/solutions implementation and support
• Basic knowledge of MSP services implementation and support (not required if adequate IT/Networking experience)
• Degree or Technical Certification in Computer/Networking/IT-related technology (not required if adequate IT/Networking experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00
