About the Job
Seeking a dedicated Level I IT Support Specialist with excellent communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude. This role is a blend of help desk support, system administration, and networking support, aimed at providing high-quality technology assistance to end users in multiple office locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support for IT issues, handling inquiries and troubleshooting problems related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other internal systems.
- Manage daily IT tasks, including user account setup, PC and tablet installations, and IP phone systems support.
- Support and troubleshoot hardware, mobile devices (e.g., Samsung tablets), and software issues to maintain efficient office operations.
- Perform basic networking tasks such as IP configuration and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Deliver technology support to team members across multiple office locations, maintaining professional and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of IT support experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 administration, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with PC hardware, mobile devices, and IP phone systems.
- Basic networking knowledge, including IP configuration and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- A team player who is willing to wear many hats and take on varied tasks.
- A+ certification a plus
