Assist the Director of Technology & Operations in maintaining the school’s hardware, software and applications.
Es...Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree
Must have a minimum two years of work experience in a technical support role.
Must be proactive in systems support across the organization, including assessing user needs, troubleshooting, and proactively addressing problems.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects, with competing priorities, to completion
Ability to adapt and quickly learn and master new technologies and applications
Must contribute meaningfully to the improvement of system performance and implementation of best practices within the organization
Experience working in an educational environment is a plus.
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs & Sheets) and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with JAMF is strongly preferred
Proficiency with Mac OS required
Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networking is strongly preferred
Balance multiple emergency situations simultaneously
Kind, courteous, calming and respectful demeanor at all times
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in tinkering, making, doing, and staying abreast of new technologies
