Are you tech-savvy and wish to kick start your career in IT?
We are seeking a part-time entry-level Support Specialist to join our IT team in our Coral Gables office.
In this role, you will support our technology infrastructure and assist our IT department and legal team with day-to-day tasks.
You will gain exposure to a variety of legal software, network management, cybersecurity protocols, and hardware maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with providing day-to-day IT support for staff, including troubleshooting any issues.
· Assist with performing basic updates, backups, and system monitoring.
· Assist with handling data uploads and downloads.
· Assist with conference room setup and maintaining IT equipment lists.
· Assist with installing, maintaining and removing software as needed.
· Help ensure the security of firm data and networks.
Qualifications:
· Familiarity of IT systems and computer hardware.
· Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office 365.
· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical staff.
Education/certifications:
· Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are a plus but not required.
· A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
