IT Support Specialist Level 2 - Inceed

Compensation:$70,000/yr

IT Support Specialist, Level 2
Inceed has partnered with a leading MRO & Industrial Distribution company to help find a skilled IT Support Specialist, Level 2 to join their team! This person will be responsible for internally supporting our client, providing software and hardware support, and providing the first line of support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide escalated technical support and high level troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Document and maintain IT inventory and software licenses

• Experience providing support in a Windows Environment
• Experience providing support in an Azure Cloud Environment
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Office Application Support
• Provide excellent customer service

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field
• 4+ years of hands on IT Support Experience
• Ability to work independently or part of a team
• Virtualization experience in VMWare
