About the Job
- Technical Support Specialist will work proactively to maintain computer systems to ensure up time and optimal performance
- As a Technical Support Specialist, you will handle level 1 and level 2 calls consisting of password resets, creating users and permissions within the system
Requirements:
- 6+ months of networking experience
- 1+ year of help desk support experience
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting, completing password resets and tier 1 support requests
- Experience supporting technical issues within Office 365
- Experience utilizing a ticketing system
- High level of Customer Service
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
